SpaceClaim 2011 Engineer - software for creating and editing solid-state 3D-models, primarily addressed to engineers who want to contribute to the development of products, but which do not currently use any of the "primary» MCAD-systems. The program can work with most formats of 3D MCAD-systems, as well as store data in its own, completely open format, based on the technology of XML.
SpaceClaim 2011 System Engineer may serve as a supplement to the functional NX and improve the user experience. In addition, SpaceClaim 2009 Engineer contributes to the effectiveness of the company as a whole, spreading the benefits of 3D for everyone involved. Thus, optimizing the product design process, improving information sharing, which reduces the number of iterations during the design and speed time to market.
SpaceClaim 2011 gives engineers a new level of flexibility in the design process.
Improvements made to the SpaceClaim 2011, include advanced sheet metal work, as well as the following options:
